Tanner Bigham is our Office Assistant, bringing over a decade of experience in the golf and customer service industries. Known for his organization, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Tanner thrives in a family-first environment where teamwork and growth are valued. He is highly motivated and passionate about contributing to the continued success and expansion of the company. Outside of work, Tanner is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and following his favorite sports.
JT Swain
Senior Service Technician
I am an HVAC technician here at Peace Heating & Air. I preform diagnosing and preventative maintenance for your A/C systems. I have had 14 years of experience with 4 years of schooling. I have done it all when it comes to HVAC which is industrial, commercial and residential. A fun fact about me is that besides my career I also have a passion for the automotive world, lifting trucks and traveling to automotive shows and conventions. My wife Taylor and I have been together for 5 years and we have a miniature dachshund Izzy that keeps us pretty busy. I am actually from Virginia and we came to North Carolina after a random 2023 thought and we have loved being in the Lake Norman area. I can’t wait to service your AC unit and help you and your family get comfortable in your home.

I am a installation service technician who just started near the end of 2024. I was born in Knoxville Tennessee but moved to Mooresville and have grown up in the area. I attended Lake Norman High School and then after graduation went directly to Universal Technical Institution and graduated from their nine month HVAC program. I have one sister, mom, and girlfriend who I all love very dearly and some of my favorite things are to spend time with them also getting to see my friends when I can. I love bonfires and having a good time and for a fun fact about me my favorite comedian is Ron white.
Caiden Gibson

I’m Caiden Gibson, I’ve been with Peace Heating and Air Conditioning since 2025, and I genuinely love what I do. I was born in Las Vegas and have always enjoyed working with my hands, solving problems, and helping people — HVAC is the perfect fit for me. Every day on the job is different, and that’s what keeps it exciting. I take pride in doing quality work and making sure customers are taken care of. When I’m not working, I like staying active through working out and kickboxing. It helps me stay focused, energized, and ready for whatever the day brings.

Hunter Winecoff
Licensed Operations Manager
Based in Cleveland, NC, I serve as the Licensed Qualifier and Operations Manager at Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, where I bring nearly a decade and a half of experience in the HVAC industry. My background is rooted in all things mechanical, and I hold multiple qualifications, including Heat Pump Certification, Fuel Burning Appliance Certification, and two North Carolina Heating Contractor Licenses.
I have a deep passion for helping others—I often joke that I “save the world one HVAC system at a time.” There’s nothing more rewarding than walking into a stranger’s home, identifying their issue, providing a solution, and building a relationship of trust and reliability. That feeling drives me every day in my career.
Beyond my work, my greatest passions are loving Jesus, my beautiful wife Summer, and our two amazing sons, Lane and Christopher. And if you ever meet me, just know—sarcasm is my sense of humor!

Having owned and operated a small business, I understand the importance of efficiency, attention to detail, and building trust with both clients and coworkers. I bring over 25 years of experience in office management and customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong, hands-on approach to organization and team coordination. My vast experience and knowledge in many facets of business allow me to provide the best-in-class service, promote efficient operations and ensure a contribution to the company.
Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington I have been proud to call the Lake Norman area home for over 20 years. I have 3 grown sons and 1 grandson that hold a very special place in my heart! Outside of work, I enjoy listening to live music or spending time with family and friends on the water. I consider any day on the lake or at the beach a good day!

Originally from California, I am currently working toward obtaining certifications in HVAC Technology to further enhance my expertise in the industry. Tim Ragan
Install Lead & Service Technician
With 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to every project. I hold an EPA Certification, NC Mechanic Code Certificate, and Gas Piping Certification, along with specialized training in R32 Freon. My skills also include blueprint layouts and communication systems expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Beyond work, I’ve been married for 30 years and am a proud father of three children—plus two beloved dogs. I’m passionate about sports and family, having enjoyed playing football and baseball in my younger years.
Roman Qose
Installation Assistant
I’m originally from Huntington Beach, California, where I grew up and attended high school. After graduating, I moved to North Carolina and pursued HVAC training at Universal Technical Institute. I began working at Peace in September 2025, where I currently assist with installations and maintenance.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about cars, a hobby I share with my older brother. We enjoy working on and modifying our vehicles, as well as attending local car meets. I’m also a big football fan, having played throughout all four years of high school and enjoy watching the games on the weekends. I also enjoy going on road trips when traveling and exploring new places.

A big thank you goes out to the 4 installers that showed up to install the hvac unit ( Caesar, Dom, Hunter and Roman). They were professional, courteous, and removed and installed the new system in a day and a half. We would highly recommend this company for your hvac needs.

They have a phenomenal preventative maintenance plan at an affordable price, which is very important. I never realized how expensive repairs could be , but regular maintenance of my A/C will save me tons! This company is hands down the best around!
