I am a installation service technician who just started near the end of 2024. I was born in Knoxville Tennessee but moved to Mooresville and have grown up in the area. I attended Lake Norman High School and then after graduation went directly to Universal Technical Institution and graduated from their nine month HVAC program. I have one sister, mom, and girlfriend who I all love very dearly and some of my favorite things are to spend time with them also getting to see my friends when I can. I love bonfires and having a good time and for a fun fact about me my favorite comedian is Ron white.
Joshua Westbrook

Josh Westbrook is one of our skilled Peace Pro Installers, known for his positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and the genuine care he brings to every job. His easygoing personality and commitment to quality make him a favorite among both customers and teammates.
When he’s not installing comfort systems, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his son, especially taking bike rides through the park and making memories together outdoors. After a long day’s work, there’s not much that beats a perfectly cooked, juicy steak shared with family and friends.

Hunter Winecoff
Licensed Operations Manager
Based in Cleveland, NC, I serve as the Licensed Qualifier and Operations Manager at Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, where I bring nearly a decade and a half of experience in the HVAC industry. My background is rooted in all things mechanical, and I hold multiple qualifications, including Heat Pump Certification, Fuel Burning Appliance Certification, and two North Carolina Heating Contractor Licenses.
I have a deep passion for helping others—I often joke that I “save the world one HVAC system at a time.” There’s nothing more rewarding than walking into a stranger’s home, identifying their issue, providing a solution, and building a relationship of trust and reliability. That feeling drives me every day in my career.
Beyond my work, my greatest passions are loving Jesus, my beautiful wife Summer, and our two amazing sons, Lane and Christopher. And if you ever meet me, just know—sarcasm is my sense of humor!

I bring over 25 years of experience in office management and customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong, hands-on approach to organization and team coordination. My vast experience and knowledge in many facets of business allow me to provide the best-in-class service, promote efficient operations and ensure a contribution to the company.
Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington I have been proud to call the Lake Norman area home for over 20 years. I have 3 grown sons and 1 grandson that hold a very special place in my heart! Outside of work, I enjoy listening to live music or spending time with family and friends on the water. I consider any day on the lake or at the beach a good day!

With over 15 years of industry experience, Christine serves as our dedicated Bookkeeper, ensuring our financial operations remain organized, accurate, and efficient. Her attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism make her a true asset to our business.
Originally from Upstate New York, Christine and her husband have called Troutman, North Carolina home for the past four years. Together, they have built a wonderful life centered around family, raising their four children while enjoying everything the area has to offer.
When she’s away from the office, Christine loves traveling, soaking up beach life, and taking scenic motorcycle rides with her husband. Whether she’s exploring a new destination, relaxing by the water, or enjoying the open road, she embraces every adventure with enthusiasm and a positive outlook.

It's experiences like this one that help justify us moving back. The customer service was outstanding! Beginning with a minor scheduling issue due to the increase in call volume, Jason went above and beyond to keep my appointment time intact. Our technician Tyler was extremely thorough with maintaining our 3 units. He explained in detail his procedures, findings, and preventative maintenance tips. His demeanor was respectful and polite. Tyler answered all of my questions without hesitation and he was well adept in his knowledge of heating and A/C. I've had my fair share of issues with air conditioning in the humidity and blazing heat of south Florida; and of the dozens of experiences with different companies and their technicians, nothing has ever come close to the caliber of customer service I received from both Jason and Tyler. It's feels great to be back home in Mooresville, NC. Kudos to the Peace team!
