Having owned and operated a small business, I understand the importance of efficiency, attention to detail, and building trust with both clients and coworkers. I bring over 25 years of experience in office management and customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong, hands-on approach to organization and team coordination.
My vast experience and knowledge in many facets of business allow me to provide the best-in-class service, promote efficient operations and ensure a contribution to the company.
Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington I have been proud to call the Lake Norman area home for over 20 years. I have 3 grown sons and 1 grandson that hold a very special place in my heart!
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to live music or spending time with family and friends on the water. I consider any day on the lake or at the beach a good day!

With decades of experience in the HVAC industry, Adrian Griffin brings a steady hand, extensive knowledge, and a calm approach to every service call. No matter how heated the situation may be, Adrian is known for providing calm, comprehensive solutions while helping customers feel confident and informed about their HVAC systems.
Outside of HVAC, Adrian is an Eagle Scoutmaster and Troop Leader in his local scouting community. Scouting is a major part of his family’s life, and he takes pride in helping guide young people, develop future leaders, and give back to the community.
When he isn’t working or serving his scouting community, Adrian enjoys getting outdoors and taking in what the world has to offer. He appreciates exploring new places, spending time with family, and making the most of the opportunities life brings.

Hunter Winecoff
Licensed Operations Manager
Based in Cleveland, NC, I serve as the Licensed Qualifier and Operations Manager at Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, where I bring nearly a decade and a half of experience in the HVAC industry. My background is rooted in all things mechanical, and I hold multiple qualifications, including Heat Pump Certification, Fuel Burning Appliance Certification, and two North Carolina Heating Contractor Licenses.
I have a deep passion for helping others—I often joke that I “save the world one HVAC system at a time.” There’s nothing more rewarding than walking into a stranger’s home, identifying their issue, providing a solution, and building a relationship of trust and reliability. That feeling drives me every day in my career.
Beyond my work, my greatest passions are loving Jesus, my beautiful wife Summer, and our two amazing sons, Lane and Christopher. And if you ever meet me, just know—sarcasm is my sense of humor!

And after a day of hard work or hiking, you can never go wrong with one of his favorites—a classic cheese pizza.

Josh Westbrook is one of our skilled Peace Pro Installers, known for his positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and the genuine care he brings to every job. His easygoing personality and commitment to quality make him a favorite among both customers and teammates.
When he’s not installing comfort systems, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his son, especially taking bike rides through the park and making memories together outdoors. After a long day’s work, there’s not much that beats a perfectly cooked, juicy steak shared with family and friends.
