As the Business Development Manager for Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, I focus on building strong relationships, expanding opportunities, and ensuring our company continues to grow and serve our customers with excellence. With years of experience in business development and customer relations, I take pride in connecting people with the right HVAC solutions while upholding our core values of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active at the gym, and embracing new challenges. I believe that success comes from hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement—both in business and in life.

Leeann Dolan
Bookkeeper
As a former small business owner and bookkeeper for over 40 years, I bring a variety of experience to Peace HVAC. I love working closely with customers, talking to them, troubleshooting, and solving any issues I can. I take genuine pride in helping customers keep their systems running smoothly. Out of the office, I like to relax. I take daily walks, as long as it’s not raining. I’m blessed to have a large family who almost all live close by, so we meet as often as we can. Plus, I’m fortunate enough to have a great group of friends who I call family as well. But if there’s one thing I have to mention, it’s baseball! I’ve been a fan for as long as I can remember. Go Yankees! Keeping life as simple as I can. PEACE!

Tanner Bigham is our Office Assistant, bringing over a decade of experience in the golf and customer service industries. Known for his organization, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Tanner thrives in a family-first environment where teamwork and growth are valued. He is highly motivated and passionate about contributing to the continued success and expansion of the company. Outside of work, Tanner is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and following his favorite sports.
Tyler McReynolds

I am a installation service technician who just started near the end of 2024. I was born in Knoxville Tennessee but moved to Mooresville and have grown up in the area. I attended Lake Norman High School and then after graduation went directly to Universal Technical Institution and graduated from their nine month HVAC program. I have one sister, mom, and girlfriend who I all love very dearly and some of my favorite things are to spend time with them also getting to see my friends when I can. I love bonfires and having a good time and for a fun fact about me my favorite comedian is Ron white.
Hunter Winecoff
Licensed Operations Manager
Based in Cleveland, NC, I serve as the Licensed Qualifier and Operations Manager at Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, where I bring nearly a decade and a half of experience in the HVAC industry. My background is rooted in all things mechanical, and I hold multiple qualifications, including Heat Pump Certification, Fuel Burning Appliance Certification, and two North Carolina Heating Contractor Licenses.
I have a deep passion for helping others—I often joke that I “save the world one HVAC system at a time.” There’s nothing more rewarding than walking into a stranger’s home, identifying their issue, providing a solution, and building a relationship of trust and reliability. That feeling drives me every day in my career.
Beyond my work, my greatest passions are loving Jesus, my beautiful wife Summer, and our two amazing sons, Lane and Christopher. And if you ever meet me, just know—sarcasm is my sense of humor!

As the Office Manager at Peace Heating & Air Conditioning, I am excited to be part of a team which promotes a positive work environment and fosters growth by offering ongoing training and development. Having owned and operated a small business, I understand the importance of efficiency, attention to detail, and building trust with both clients and coworkers. I bring over 25 years of experience in office management and customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong, hands-on approach to organization and team coordination. My vast experience and knowledge in many facets of business allow me to provide the best-in-class service, promote efficient operations and ensure a contribution to the company.
Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington I have been proud to call the Lake Norman area home for over 20 years. I have 3 grown sons and 1 grandson that hold a very special place in my heart! Outside of work, I enjoy listening to live music or spending time with family and friends on the water. I consider any day on the lake or at the beach a good day!

Samir ChangelaAfter spending the last 20 years in the south Florida heat, we recently moved back to North Carolina. This was my first experience with Peace Heating and Air. It's experiences like this one that help justify us moving back. The customer service was outstanding! Beginning with a minor scheduling issue due to the increase in call volume, Jason went above and beyond to keep my appointment time intact. Our technician Tyler was extremely thorough with maintaining our 3 units. He explained in detail his procedures, findings, and preventative maintenance tips. His demeanor was respectful and polite. Tyler answered all of my questions without hesitation and he was well adept in his knowledge of heating and A/C. I've had my fair share of issues with air conditioning in the humidity and blazing heat of south Florida; and of the dozens of experiences with different companies and their technicians, nothing has ever come close to the caliber of customer service I received from both Jason and Tyler. It's feels great to be back home in Mooresville, NC. Kudos to the Peace team!
