Brian Pysz
Business Development
As the Business Development Manager for Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, I focus on building strong relationships, expanding opportunities, and ensuring our company continues to grow and serve our customers with excellence. With years of experience in business development and customer relations, I take pride in connecting people with the right HVAC solutions while upholding our core values of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active at the gym, and embracing new challenges. I believe that success comes from hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement—both in business and in life.

Hunter Winecoff
Licensed Operations Manager
Based in Cleveland, NC, I serve as the Licensed Qualifier and Operations Manager at Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, where I bring nearly a decade and a half of experience in the HVAC industry. My background is rooted in all things mechanical, and I hold multiple qualifications, including Heat Pump Certification, Fuel Burning Appliance Certification, and two North Carolina Heating Contractor Licenses.
I have a deep passion for helping others—I often joke that I “save the world one HVAC system at a time.” There’s nothing more rewarding than walking into a stranger’s home, identifying their issue, providing a solution, and building a relationship of trust and reliability. That feeling drives me every day in my career.
Beyond my work, my greatest passions are loving Jesus, my beautiful wife Summer, and our two amazing sons, Lane and Christopher. And if you ever meet me, just know—sarcasm is my sense of humor!
Thurston Bullock
Dispatcher/Marketing
Thurston Bullock is an experienced HVAC dispatcher who keeps operations running smoothly by coordinating service calls and managing schedules. He also helps assist with advertising. After spending years in the serving and bartending industry, he made the switch to HVAC and has worked hard to learn the trade. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of the job and the opportunity to problem-solve each day.
When he’s not at work, Thurston values spending time with his family, reading, and working in his garden. He appreciates the balance between his busy work life and his personal interests, finding both rewarding in their own way.
JT Swain
Senior Service Technician
I am an HVAC technician here at Peace Heating & Air. I preform diagnosing and preventative maintenance for your A/C systems. I have had 14 years of experience with 4 years of schooling. I have done it all when it comes to HVAC which is industrial, commercial and residential. A fun fact about me is that besides my career I also have a passion for the automotive world, lifting trucks and traveling to automotive shows and conventions. My wife Taylor and I have been together for 5 years and we have a miniature dachshund Izzy that keeps us pretty busy. I am actually from Virginia and we came to North Carolina after a random 2023 thought and we have loved being in the Lake Norman area. I can’t wait to service your AC unit and help you and your family get comfortable in your home.
Tyler McReynolds

I am a installation service technician who just started near the end of 2024. I was born in Knoxville Tennessee but moved to Mooresville and have grown up in the area. I attended Lake Norman High School and then after graduation went directly to Universal Technical Institution and graduated from their nine month HVAC program. I have one sister, mom, and girlfriend who I all love very dearly and some of my favorite things are to spend time with them also getting to see my friends when I can. I love bonfires and having a good time and for a fun fact about me my favorite comedian is Ron white.
Christina Juhas
Office Manager
Cristina Juhasz is the office manager at Peace Heating and Air Conditioning, where she plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
With a background in Business Administration, she brings strong organizational and management skills to her position. Originally from Ohio, Cristina is a dedicated wife and mother, balancing her professional life with her personal commitments. She enjoys reading, crafting, and spending quality time with family and friends, always valuing the importance of those connections. Cristina embraces the company mission statement and core values by prioritizing integrity, customer satisfaction, and teamwork in everything she does. Her warm personality, strong work ethic, and alignment with the company’s values make her both an asset at work and a cherished member of her community.
Wesley Livingston
Service Technician
I am 33 years old and I live in Gastonia, NC. I am currently a service technician with Peace. I go out to customers homes and diagnose any issues they are experiencing with timely repair options. I started off in Pipefitting with the union, after becoming a journeyman I switched fields over to residential hvac. I’ve traveled to a few states for training. I am working on my 9th year as a residential tech. I hold a journeysman card, epa card and 2 NATE certificates. Everyone who knows me knows that I love baseball. I grew up playing the sport everyday, even it is was throwing the baseball as high in the air and catching it. College baseball is my favorite sport to watch. I am married to my wife, Staci, for 5 years now. I have a stepdaughter, Arianna Grace, and a 5month old , Dawson Wesley. Fun fact: I was the West Virginia 8, 9 and 10 year old archery tournament champion.
Jeff Davis

Originally from Long Island, NY, I have proudly called North Carolina home for the past 15 years. I began my career in the HVAC industry nine years ago, working for a company that specialized in servicing and installing commercial systems. During that time, I attended Mitchell Community College, where I earned my certification along with my EPA certification.
I have had the privilege of being part of the Peace Heating and Air team as a Lead Installer, where I am committed to delivering the highest quality service. My goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the moment we arrive at your home to the moment we complete the job.
Outside of work, I am passionate about my family and photography. A fun fact about me—I know how to juggle!
Dominique Brown
Install Technician
I bring a strong dedication to customer service and quality workmanship. Originally from California, I am currently working toward obtaining certifications in HVAC Technology to further enhance my expertise in the industry. My passion for learning and personal growth aligns with Peace Heating and Air Conditioning’s mission to provide reliable, efficient, and top-notch services to customers.

Outside of work, I cherishes quality time with my son. I am also a big fan of football, I enjoy watching the game and playing it when I can. With a commitment to both my career and family, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on my team and community.
Tim Ragan
Install Lead & Service Technician
With 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to every project. I hold an EPA Certification, NC Mechanic Code Certificate, and Gas Piping Certification, along with specialized training in R32 Freon. My skills also include blueprint layouts and communication systems expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Beyond work, I’ve been married for 30 years and am a proud father of three children—plus two beloved dogs. I’m passionate about sports and family, having enjoyed playing football and baseball in my younger years.
